Vote for the next boygroup to be featured in Kpopgaga’s Showcase!

Giving an opportunity for fans to voice out their favourite pick, Singapore organizer Kpopgaga has set up a poll to determine the boygroup for November’s showcase. The first of its kind, Kpopgaga supports rookie and upcoming artistes, giving them the platform to interact and perform for fans. The first showcase saw rookie boygroup Twi-Light and girlgroup Free Star, while Superstar K2 finalist Kim So Jung will be gracing the second showcase this weekend.
Between 5 rising rookies; E7, A-Jax, B.A.P, BTOB, Nu’est who will be your pick? Only 5 days left, so head over to the facebook poll to make your choice. As of now, BAP is in the lead with BTOB tailing close behind.
Here’s a quick look at each group, if you are new and unfamiliar to them.
E7; Debuting under Excellent Entertainment, (originally with 7 members) the 6-member group faced a rough patch at first and a delay in their debut date. They finally debuted with the single ‘Rising Sun’. The music video of their title track ‘U’ portrays a simple happy-go-lucky image of the boys.

A-JAX; DSP Media’s first boygroup made a brave bold start by debuting simultaneously in Korea and Japan. Said to follow the steps of their sunbaenim SS501, their Japan debut showcase was hosted by labelmate Kara’s Gyuri. Their debut track ‘Never Let Go’ is a ballad that emphasizes their vocals. The music video with an intriguing plot, had Goo Hara as the lead. Their latest comeback track ‘Hot Game’ featured Nicole Jung and is an upbeat tempo track.

B.A.P; An acronym for ‘Best Absolute Perfect’, the boys have lived up to their name. Debuting under T.S Entertainment and labelmates with girlgroup Secret, their debut song ‘Warrior’ made a strong impact. A masculine concept and deep voices, they surprised with impressive raps written by leader Bang Yongguk and powerful vocals in the ballad ‘Secret Love’. Their recent comeback ‘Crash’ diverts away from their usual style and lets them show their fun-loving side. They were a special guest for Secret’s Fanmeet in Singapore and had their solo showcase in Malaysia.

BTOB; Short for Born To Beat, the second boygroup of Cube Entertainment debuted with a catchy track‘Insane’. Under the same label as BEAST, much was expected from them. They had a launch showcase that was streamed on youtube in a grand style. BTOB was in Singapore previously for the annual Music Mattersevent and held an autograph session as well. Their recent comeback ‘WOW’ brought back the 90s music style.

NU’EST; stands for Nu(New) Established Style Tempo. A lengthy term, but basically means they wish to experiment with a new style and tempo that is different from the mainstream. The boys of Pledis Entertainment aims to be ‘the voice of the teen generation’ with their debut song ‘Face’ focused on the issue of bullying. They made a comeback last month with ‘Action’ which brings awareness regarding violence amongst teenagers.

Place your vote for the boygroup you want to meet in November over at Kpopgaga’s facebook poll. Not only that, backstage passes are up for grabs for the November event.
